Though our buildings are closed, Douglas County is open for business.

Beginning this week, the Board of County Commissioners and the Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings remotely via Webex teleconferencing.

You are invited to participate electronically in these virtual meetings. For instructions and information on how you may listen and submit public comments visit the Planning Commission page and the Meetings and Agendas page. Please note the links, phone numbers, and access codes are unique to each meeting.

View the agendas for the March 23 Planning Commission Meeting and the March 24 Business Meeting and Land Use Meeting/Public Hearing.

County departments and offices are staffed remotely in support of ongoing County services delivery. For changes in service delivery associated with the current COVID-19 public health crisis, visit  COVID-19 and Your County Services. For a full list of online services, please visit DoItOnlineDouglas.com where you will find 49 services in one location.

You are part of the solution to reduce the spread of  COVID-19. Stay safely at home except for essential trips; create physical distance from others when you are outside your home; use your favorite technology to maintain important relationships. These actions combined will limit our collective risk and save lives.
