Commissioner George Teal is diving deep into the topic of water resources this year. Join him as he interviews state and local water experts in an ongoing video series, At the Divide.
This month, Commissioner Teal spoke with Castle Rock Water Director Mark Marlowe about Castle Rock’s long-term water plan and how it benefits citizens across Douglas County.
Mark Marlowe has nearly 30 years of experience in environmental and water utilities. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Russian studies and mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. He has a Master’s degree in environmental engineering and is a licensed professional engineer.
