Democratic, Republican, and unaffiliated voters — watch for your Primary Election ballot in your mailbox. Ballots are being mailed the week of June 6, 2022. And remember, DouglasVotes.com is your trusted source for election information.

What ballot(s) should I expect to receive? Registered Democrat and Republican voters will receive one mail ballot for that party’s Primary Election. Unaffiliated voters will receive TWO mail ballots (one Democratic and one Republican) but may return ONLY ONE. Visit DouglasVotes.com to learn more about the security and integrity of the elections process in Colorado. If you have not received your expected ballot(s) at the address associated with your voter registration by June 15, contact the Douglas County Elections office at 303-660-7444.

What’s on the ballot? Visit the Douglas County ballot information page to review a composite sample ballot for each party’s primary election.

Vote Early. Near You. Ballot drop boxes are open now through 7 p.m. on Election Day, June 28, 2022. Deliver your ballot for free using one of the secure and  convenient ballot drop box locations countywide.

Not registered to vote but want to be? Colorado election law allows voter registration up to and on Election Day. If you live in Douglas County, plan to vote in the Primary Election and are not registered to vote, do so at DouglasVotes.com by Monday, June 20, to receive a ballot by mail — after that time you must visit a Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC).

Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPC). Four Douglas County VSPCs open Monday, June 20, in Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and Parker. At a VSPC, you may register to vote, update your voter registration, replace a ballot, vote in-person, or use an ADA-accessible voting machine.

When is the last possible day to vote? No matter how you deliver it, your ballot must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, June 28.
