No matter how you deliver it, your ballot for the Coordinated Election must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 2. Remember, a postmark of Nov. 2 is not valid as the received date — it is now too late to return your ballot by mail.
Vote Early. Near You. No need to wait until the deadline, deliver your ballot any time at one of the 20 convenient ballot drop box locations countywide. An “I Voted” sticker is included with your Douglas County mail ballot, so you can vote now AND show off your civic pride. Safe, secure ballot drop boxes are available 24/7 now through 7 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 2, 2021.
Voter Service and Polling Centers. If you need election assistance, visit a Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC) to register to vote, update your voter registration, replace a ballot, vote in person, drop off a voted ballot, or use an ADA-accessible voting machine. VSPCs are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30, and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 2. Find VSPC locations at DouglasVotes.com.
Not registered to vote but want to be? Colorado election law allows voter registration up to and on Election Day before the close of polls. If you live in Douglas County and have not yet registered to vote, you must visit a VSPC to do so to participate in the Coordinated Election.
