For our Veterans, we know, not all wounds are visible. If you have mental healthcare needs, the Douglas County Veterans Service Office is staffed to help you navigate your way to help and healing.

Watch this video to learn about new Veterans Service Officer Gary Weston. Weston is a Navy Veteran who understands the needs and concerns of Veterans because he’s walked in your shoes.

In addition to the Veterans Service Office staff, Douglas County also employs a full-time, specialized, Veteran-specific clinician, trained to help Veterans with mental or substance use treatment.

Learn more about these services and make an appointment to receive care now at DouglasVeterans.org.
