Primary Election and Special Congressional Vacancy Election on the same ballot for most voters

Ballots for the June 25, 2024, Primary Election and Special Congressional Vacancy Election will be mailed to eligible voters in Douglas County beginning on June 3, 2024.
June 3 is also the last day for voters who are affiliated with a political party to change or withdraw their affiliation if they wish to vote in a different party’s Primary Election. Visit Colorado’s secure, statewide voter registration database, GoVoteColorado.gov, to register to vote, check your voter registration status, select your political affiliation, or update your mailing address.

Effective January 2025, Douglas County moves from the 18th Judicial District to the newly created 23rd Judicial District, and candidates for District Attorney will now be listed on the ballot for the 23rd Judicial District.
