Project Update

Starting on July 16, 2024, paving will occur in the Ponderosa Hills subdivision. The following streets within the subdivision will be paved: Deertrail Drive, Spring Creek Road, Antelope Trail, Woodland Trail, and Forest Canyon Drive.

Description

This paving project consists of surface preparation and paving existing gravel. Shouldering and driveway tie-ins will be completed by Douglas County in-house construction crews.

Schedule

Construction activities will start July 16, 2024, with anticipation of the project being completed in August, 2024.
