Douglas County students, Kindergarten through 12th grade, have submitted original artwork in four categories as part of the Douglas County Elections Student Art Contest. Visit DouglasVotes.com to vote now on your favorite artwork in four categories:
- Kindergarten-2nd grade: America the Beautiful
- 3rd-5th grade: Presidential History
- 6th-8th grade: Stars and Stripes
- 9th-12th grade: Let Freedom Ring
Douglas County Elections commends and congratulates the 101 students who have submitted entries for the 2024 Elections Student Art Contest.
“I’m so excited to engage young people in the election process! Educating future generations about the importance of voting is essential,” said Douglas County Clerk & Recorder Sheri Davis. “I’m elated that we’ve had such a positive response to our art contest!”
