Ballots for the Nov. 5, 2024, General Election will be mailed to eligible voters in Douglas County beginning on Oct. 11, 2024. That means now is the time to visit Colorado’s secure, statewide voter registration database, GoVoteColorado.gov, to:

Also, watch your mailbox for the Douglas County Ballot Issue Notices booklet (TABOR Book) arriving soon. The booklet is mailed to addresses with one or more active, registered voters living in a precinct with a tax issue on the ballot. Please note that only Douglas County tax issue notices are included in this publication, and you must contact the designated election official listed for each issue in the booklet for more information.

The State of Colorado Ballot Information Booklet (Blue Book) is also mailed to each address with one or more active, registered voters. The Blue Book contains information about all statewide ballot measures and information about the judges who are on the ballot for retention.

DID YOU KNOW? Effective in January 2025, Douglas County will move to the new 23rd Judicial District. The District Attorney race for the 23rd Judicial District is on the Douglas County ballot, but Judge Retention Questions will still be listed for the 18th Judicial District where Douglas County judges previously served.
