Board of Adjustment

The Douglas County Board of  Commissioners acts as the Board of Adjustment for unincorporated areas of Douglas County. The Board of Adjustment (BOA) hears requests to deviate from zoning regulations, interprets zoning maps, and resolves property and district boundary disputes.
