Working in partnership with others in our communities, we take on the tough issues of poverty and homelessness for our most vulnerable populations. Local non-profits, the faith-based community, as well as the state and federal governments work with us to help create the path for individuals and families. Helping to ensure that people have food on the table, and a roof over their heads – providing the resources and the path they need to become self-sufficient again. This is the outcome we celebrate.
