I Need a Ride

Rides are available for eligible residents of Douglas County.

Douglas County connects older adults, people with disabilities, and their families, with free information and referrals to transportation and other services. View Douglas County’s Non-Discrimination policies here.

Eligible residents must have a physical address within Douglas County.  Homeless residents may be considered a resident if they have a child(ren) enrolled in a Douglas County School District school, are employed within Douglas County, obtain benefits and services through Douglas County Human Services, or if they have documents demonstrating their last permanent residence was in Douglas County. Douglas County residents may qualify for grant-subsidized services if they can answer yes to ANY of these questions:

  • Are you age 60 or older?
  • Are you a person living with a disability?
  • Is your income below 200 percent of poverty?

Please note that grant funds are limited and availability is not guaranteed.  Contact Resource Navigation at 303-814-4300 for more information.

Grant funds identified above are available through our Transportation Grant Partners.
