Event Overview and Partners

This day-long experience is filled with learning, socializing, and plenty of fun.  The day begins with a warm welcome, opening remarks and a delicious continental breakfast, followed by lots of laughter as attendees listen to “Why Nott Laugh?” with keynote speaker Jeanne Nott, Comedian, Ms. Colorado Senior America 2022, and Ms. Congeniality Senior America 2022.  Attendees with then be able to select from one of the following morning breakout sessions:

Living and Aging Well in Douglas County – Karie Erickson, Executive Director for Aging Resources of Douglas County
Meet Bridgewater Castle Rock, and Castle Rock & Parker Adventist Hospitals

Replenish your energy with a tasty lunch while listening to keynote speaker Dr. Carson Bruns, a professor at the University of Colorado Boulder.  Dr. Bruns will share his fascinating research on “Smart Tattoos”, biotechnology designed to prevent skin cancer.
