Help us honor each other in Douglas County

You see acts of service in our community every day. You know businesses celebrating anniversaries, and students achieving high honors in academics, activities and sports.

Your Board of Douglas County Commissioners is seeking your help to celebrate the men, women and young people in our community who impact the lives of others – as we all honor each other.

Commissioners launched this initiative – the Douglas County Hall of Fame – at their Tuesday, March 11, Business Meeting by welcoming Staff Sgt. Howard A. Berger, 101, and presenting him with an official Douglas County Commissioner Challenge Coin. (Pictured above)
