Purchasing

Purchase agreement document for filling and signing on desk

The Purchasing Division’s goal is to serve the public, county departments, and our suppliers in an efficient, professional, and ethical manner.

Vendors are encouraged to register with the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at rockymountainbidsystem.com   This is an online notification system being utilized by multiple agencies within the State of Colorado.  Participating agencies post their bids, quotes, proposals, addendums, and awards into one centralized system.

Vendor registration is FREE; however, vendors may select to receive automatic e-mail notification for a small annual fee.  It is the responsibility of the potential vendor to monitor the website regularly in order to be aware of business opportunities and review changes or addendums to bids, quotes, and proposals.

For additional information please contact Carolyn Riggs, Purchasing Supervisor at 303-660-7434
