Fire restrictions lifted in unincorporated Douglas County as of Nov. 6, 2024

Effective immediately, by order of Douglas County Sheriff Darren Weekly, all fire restrictions have been lifted for all areas of unincorporated Douglas County. 

While we have seen an increase in moisture in the last few days, people are encouraged to be vigilant as the danger of fire is always present.
