Did you know that today’s 4-H includes more than 60 project areas? That includes rocket science, carpentry, archery, gardening, sewing, and dozens of other engaging areas for your kids to learn about alongside traditional crafts such as agriculture and baking.
Learn about everything 4-H offers in 2025 at one of two FREE introductory sessions in Douglas County this February. Visit the Douglas County CSU Extension webpage to reserve your spot now for one of these community meetings:
-Friday, Feb. 21, 2025, from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. at the Highlands Ranch Library
-Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025, from 6 – 7 p.m. at the Parker Library
Along with helping your kids hone a new skill set, 4-H is also our nation’s oldest and largest youth development organization, primarily focused on life skill development to help the young people in your life learn about leadership and responsibility.
Watch this video to see how 4-H has worked to transform the lives of kids in Douglas County.
