DID YOU KNOW?

- Registered Republicans will receive the Republican Primary ballot.
- Unaffiliated voters will receive two ballots, one Democratic and one Republican. Unaffiliated electors must vote and return ONLY ONE ballot and must securely dispose of the ballot they do not use. If multiple voted ballots are returned in the same envelope, none of the ballots will count.

- The winner of the Congressional District 4 Vacancy Election will serve the rest of the unexpired term of office starting in July 2024 and ending in January 2025.
Effective January 2025, Douglas County moves from the 18th Judicial District to the newly created 23rd Judicial District, and candidates for District Attorney will now be listed on the ballot for the 23rd Judicial District.
