Are you a current or soon-to-be retired resident in Douglas County? You’re invited to share your feedback and perspective about living and aging well with the Board of Douglas County Commissioners.

As part of Douglas County’s Older Adult Initiative, the Commissioners have been visiting communities in every corner of Douglas County to hear directly from residents. They invite you to join them from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26, at the Sedalia Fire House Meeting room, 4037 Platte Ave., Sedalia.

Thank you to everyone who has already attended a listening tour session!

Older adults, caregivers and providers are also encouraged to take one of two brief surveys to enhance the quality of life and well-being of Douglas County’s older residents.  On our webpage, you’ll find two surveys open to residents, caregivers and family members and community providers.
