Are you a retired resident in Douglas County? Or do you plan to retire here? Your Board of Douglas County Commissioners wants your perspective.

A recent survey by the Colorado Area Agencies on Aging indicated 90% of Douglas County residents plan to stay here for their retirement. Your County wants to make sure you have the resources you need to do just that.

Several in-person listening tours are scheduled through July and August so you can tell us directly about the resources you need to stay vibrant and healthy right here in Douglas County.

Please join us:

“Your feedback is vital to helping our Board build policies and plan services around your needs, so you can continue to live in Douglas County well into retirement,” said Douglas County Commissioner George Teal. “We hope you’ll make time to join us at these listening sessions.”

For more information on this listening tour, visit douglas.co.us and search “Older Adults Initiative.”
