      Acknowledgement and Signature

I attest that the requested control measures as specified in proposed details will perform as well or better than the comparable control measure specified in the Douglas County GESC Plan Standard Notes and Details. Should the alternate control measures fail to perform as anticipated (as determined by the Erosion Control Inspector), the permittee hereby agrees to immediately cease use of the product, replace it with a standard control measure, and repair any damage to impacted properties or water bodies caused by the failure of the alternative control measure. Douglas County reserves the right to deny installation of alternative control measures based on prior poor performance of the proposed control measure.
