Medium Priority – repairs consisting of concrete areas containing several cracks and/or holes in the gutter resulting in moderate amounts of loss of structural integrity.
High Priority – repairs consisting of sidewalk deformations that may cause tripping hazards for pedestrians or severe deterioration of curb and gutter that allows water to permeate under the roadway. Concrete flaws rated at a high priority will be immediately evaluated and replaced as soon as possible.
