The Douglas County Veterans Service Office is open Monday – Thursday.
Appointments are recommended but not required.

Email [email protected] with the full name, address, phone number, and email address of the veteran (and the claimant, if other than the veteran, such as the surviving spouse.) If possible email a pdf copy of the veteran’s DD214.
