Whether the topic is mental health, fentanyl in our community, home-based businesses, or vacation rentals, did you know that when you engage with us on important community issues, you represent the heartbeat of your community?

Your voice helps inform how we address issues of importance to you and your neighbors.

One of the many ways to engage and contribute perspective on important policy decisions is through the County’s Live Town Hall meetings.

Connect with us on the following dates in person, by phone, or online to weigh-in on current topics before the Board of County Commissioners. All Live Town Hall meetings are from 6 to 7 p.m.

Tuesday, May 3: Fentanyl

Thursday, May 5: Mental Health

Wednesday, May 11: Home-based businesses

Thursday, May 26: Vacation rentals, such as VRBO and AirBNB

You may join the Live Town Halls in several ways: in-person at 100 Third St. in Castle Rock, online at douglas.co.us/townhall, or on the phone, by calling 833-380-0668.

Or simply answer the phone when we call to invite you to join us.

To receive a call just before a Town Halls begin visit douglas.co.us/townhall and register. This will ensure you are contacted about all future Live Town Halls – it’s always your choice whether to participate. Registering will also allow you to receive online surveys so that you may share what topics YOU want to hear more about.

Details about each event will be made available as the details are finalized.
