1 5/16" extra large flat bit tong, one side of the flat bit tong area is rectangular with an elongated crude oval cut out and removed from the bit, 2" long X 3/4" wide. Opposite bit has had a repair of 1/2" extension added to it as well. The tong looks to have been handmade or modified for a special use [ research indicated no other like tool ]. Handles have been welded and hammered to extend the length of the tong handles. 26 1/2" long.
